New High Density Sampling algorithm for line/ area or scatter charts

✔When we have a very large number of data points to display in #powerbi visuals, we could easily reach the capacity limits of a visual, especially when we want to display details of a quite fine granularity.
We need to maintain a proper ratio between the display of data details and the loading speed of the visuals. 

✔With the new high-density sampling feature, #PowerBI intelligently splits the data into high-resolution slices, then selects important points to represent each slice.
This high-resolution data slicing process is specifically designed to ensure that the resulting graph is much faster and more interactive.
